RevOps is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team! As an integral part of our revenue growth strategy, you will be responsible for driving sales, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring customer success. You will help businesses streamline their revenue operations, close deals faster, reduce contract errors, and maintain a centralized agreement repository through our modern Deal Desk platform.Your role will be pivotal in empowering organizations to enhance scalability and contract accuracy, supporting collaborative deal-making with automated approvals, and seamlessly integrating with industry-leading tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and DocuSign.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster trust and loyalty, ensuring clients maximize the value of RevOps’ Deal Desk platform. ‍ Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth while helping companies streamline revenue operations. ‍ Solution Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and demonstrating how RevOps can enhance scalability and contract accuracy. ‍ Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to clients' needs, showcasing the benefits of our platform's collaborative deal-making and automated approvals. ‍ Account Strategy: Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize client satisfaction and profitability. ‍ Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, and customer support) to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions and feedback integration. ‍ Performance Tracking: Monitor key account metrics and prepare reports on sales activities and forecast data. ‍ Issue Resolution: Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. ‍ Experience: Sales, account management, or a related field. Experience in SaaS, revenue operations, or CRM integration is a plus. ‍ - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. - Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Salesforce or HubSpot) and MS Office Suite. - Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
