How Do You Calculate MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue)? There are two ways to calculate MRR:

1. Monthly Recurring Revenue = (Avg revenue per account)*(Total # of Customers)

2. Monthly Recurring Revenue = Total of all paying customer monthly subscription
