This week we launched new functionality Approval Topics to let operators define the behavior around when approval topics are re-opened by the approval engine. You can now configure the ability to:

• Always reopen when Terms or SKUs change
• Never reopen when Terms or SKUs change
• Always reopen when Terms or SKUs change except as specified
• Never reopen when Terms or SKUs change except as specified

The new configuration gives Sales Operators fine-grained control over exactly when approval topics will be opened or remain closed as Sales Reps interact with their Deals.
