This week we released a new Deal validation features for sales teams to adopt in their deal desk process. Sales Operators and Administrators can now require that Sales Reps complete Lead Contact information before submitting deals to Deal Desk. Validations are configured on a per template basis and, as always, Administrators are able to override validations if needed.
